Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a business!
| Well my first impression was correct. I had an appointment with Al Gallo and the salesman said he was runnning a liitle behind. I waited for almost an hour before Al showed up and blamed his office girl for getting the appointment times incorrect. It was all downhill from there! I could not believe that this guy is in business. He did not show up to my new construction home to do a site survey till 2 days later. I did finally end up with an agreement with Al only to have him say he was running behind on another project and would be several days till he could get to my home. It was holding up my home and the builder said he needs to come out and get his stuff ran or they was going to insulate. He knew in advance this was the case but for him to be the professional he seemed like he never done this before. Long story short I cancelled the contract and had to find another company to finish. Still do not have my deposit back and it has been almost 6 months. Stay away from this crook! |
